David Aplin Group is committed to giving back to the communities in which we work and our employees volunteer their time with many charitable and nonprofit organizations. Our community involvement and corporate social responsibility program centres on our core purpose to positively impact lives, both nationally and globally with two pillar organizations, United Way and WE Charity.

UNITED WAY OF CANADA

David Aplin Group’s supportive relationship of United Way goes back over 25 years. Our annual national United Way campaign includes employee pledges and company contributions. Year over year, Aplin has seen averages of 85%-93% participation. Through our United Way donations, our organization makes a positive impact in communities across Canada.

WE CHARITY

As part of our initiative to expand our philanthropic reach internationally, David Aplin Group joined the education pillar of Adopt a Village with Free The Children and raised funds to build three school classroom blocks in Irkaat, Kenya. Our employees also volunteer their time at WE Day events across Canada every year, in support of WE Movement.

Many of our employees are also volunteers with local and national organizations with the support of David Aplin Group. We were honoured to receive the Corporate Social Responsibility Award for 2017 from the Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services (ACSESS). This award was presented to an ACSESS member company that demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to, and genuine concern for, the community at large.
