Which specialties do you recruit for?
We focus on the recognized dental specialties: endodontics, orthodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics, pediatric dentistry, and oral and maxillofacial surgery. If you're hiring for a specialty role, we can almost certainly help.
How does your process work?
It starts with a conversation. We learn about your practice, your goals, and what the right specialist fit looks like. From there we tap our network and reach out discreetly to credentialed candidates, then bring you a shortlist of specialists we have already vetted on credentials, experience, and cultural fit.
How do you charge?
Our fees are simple and transparent, and we'd rather discuss them in the context of your specific role. Reach out and we'll walk you through the options that make sense for your practice.
What if the placement doesn't work out?
Every placement comes with a guarantee. If a hire doesn't work out within the agreed window, we re-run the search at no additional fee. We'll talk through the specifics on our first call.
Do you post our role on job boards?
Only if you ask us to. By default, every search runs through our private specialist network and discreet outreach. This protects sensitive transitions, partner replacements, and team morale.
Do you work with single-location specialty practices?
Yes. Owner-operated specialty practices are a core part of who we serve, alongside multi-location groups and multi-disciplinary clinics adding an in-house specialist.
Where do you work?
Our network spans every Canadian province. Wherever your practice sits, we can typically support a specialist search in your market.
Can you help with practice transitions or buy-ins?
Yes. Practice transitions, partner buy-ins, and succession searches are some of our most common engagements. We run them confidentially and can coordinate with your accountant or transition advisor on the structuring side.
